nuBuilder is an open source web application builder, similar in concept to both Oracle Application Express and Ms Access.

nuBuilder is an enterprise level application builder but with no limitations on database size or CPU usage.

It is very easy to learn with lots of free training videos. It is also well supported by a community of users as well as having full commercial support from the nuSoftware team.

The nuBuilder database development tool stores all forms, reports, company data and PHP/JavaScript code in MySQL. You can backup your entire application within a single database file and continue to leverage your existing PHP/JavaScript skills within nuBuilder.

Currently nuBuilder supports MySQL, however by the end of 2011 nuBuilder expects to have support for Postgres, Oracle, MYSQL InnoDB and ODBC.
